IRCTC Registration — Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. If our team is unable to assist with the IRCTC Agent application, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.

  2. If the refund is due to an issue with documents provided by the applicant, a fee of ₹399 + GST (payment gateway charge) will be deducted; the remaining amount will be refunded.

  3. Applicants must carefully read the full application instructions and policy before applying. For any questions or clarifications, contact our support team before submitting the application.

CSP पंजीकरण — रद्दीकरण व धन-वापसी नीति

  1. सभी बिक्री अंतिम हैं। रद्दीकरण की अनुमति नहीं है।

  2. CSP पंजीकरण से संबंधित किसी भी उत्पाद या सेवा के लिए धन-वापसी नहीं दी जाएगी।

IRCTC पंजीकरण — रद्दीकरण व धन-वापसी नीति

  1. यदि हमारी टीम IRCTC एजेंट आवेदन में सहायता करने में असमर्थ है, तो पूर्ण धन-वापसी 5–10 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर जारी की जाएगी।

  2. यदि आवेदनकर्ता द्वारा दिए गए दस्तावेज़ों में समस्या के कारण धन-वापसी हो रही है, तो ₹399 + GST (पेमेन्ट गेटवे शुल्क) घटाया जाएगा; शेष राशि लौटाई जाएगी।
